Order Processing

Tracking Your Order

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, rwan is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. You may also contact us at rwangolf1@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging and items.

International Shipping
